Do I need a physician’s referral?
No, you do not need a referral to avail our services since we are direct access. However, if you want us to contact your physician we will do so.
Our Doctor’s advanced training allows them to diagnose and treat based on impairments but also the knowledge to refer to a licensed physician if needed.

Do I need X rays or MRI before I come in?
No, due to our advanced clinical diagnostic skills we seldom recommend imaging. Clinical assessments are more leading towards a diagnosis than an X-ray/ MRI.
We only recommend imaging if we suspect something on our exam.
What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first session includes a thorough 1 hour personalized evaluation of your condition, movement assessment, and an individualized treatment plan designed to address the root cause of your pain by our specialty trained Doctor with over 16 years of experience.

How many visits will I need to get better?
Most of our patients start improving from the first session. We typically see patients for 8 to 16 weeks depending on their diagnosis & goals.
What if I'm not sure if your service is right for me?
We offer a FREE 15 minute phone call to help you understand our treatment approach and how it can help you even if you have failed other treatments like traditional physical therapy, chiropractic & injections.
Do you take my insurance?
We are an ‘out-of-network’ service provider. While we do not bill insurance directly, you can submit a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan. Many insurance plans may reimburse 50-80% of the costs.
You can also use HSA/ FSA cards to pay. This allows for one-on-one sessions, personalized treatment, always with a doctor (no assistants, no double booking) and flexible scheduling.
By skipping the insurance model, we are able to provide you the care you deserve without the control of insurance companies.
How can I pay?
We accept payments via credit/ debit cards, Cash, HSA/ FSA cards.
Currently we do not accept checks or payment apps.
